Dr. Johnston is passionate about identifying and developing talent and helping organizations leverage and align it more effectively.
She has nearly 20 years of experience in finance, consulting and international business and has provided services in 13 different countries. Dr. Johnston's core expertise is in the areas of: Talent Assessment, Leadership Development, Talent Strategy & Alignment, Succession Planning and Competency Model Design and Development.
Dr. Johnston has a BA in Psychology, MS in Clinical Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has published research on executive coaching effectiveness, as well as, several other articles on trust and influence in leadership of which she has also had the privilege of speaking about at national conferences. Her current research initiatives are on resiliency and its link to leadership, organizational effectiveness, and long-term success outcomes. In her extra spare time, she is exploring the impact of unconscious bias in hiring decisions.
